Wellness for the Modern Writer is a unique, hands-on course that will guide you through balancing your wellbeing and your life as a writer—along with all those other sometimes pesky responsibilities that come with being a human! You know, like sleeping and eating and stuff.

I developed this holistic program for one key reason: To help you stop abandoning yourself as a writer while still meeting the needs of your mind, body, and soul. 

Through this program, you’ll learn how to honor yourself and your writing time by recognizing the sacredness of yourself and your creations. You’ll learn how to create writing routines and rituals that stick—and that feel good!—so you can finish your current manuscript without sacrificing your sanity. 

In our 12 weeks together during this program, we’ll: 

  • Explore the mind-body connection as it specifically pertains to you as a writer

  • Create and commit to a personalized self-care and accountability plan, just for you, so you can materialize your writing intentions, keep your creative channels clear, and complete your current WIP

  • Assess your current WIP and develop a custom plan to help you complete it

  • Encourage each other and build our creative community in a small group format
